 T o start off i think that that this quotes states that we shouldn't be cared of something that we did was good. People get scared when they think they did something bad but in reality the actually did something good. Those people probably had been bad and always had the feeling as if they were going to get caught or do something wrong. For example, some people help someone while the teacher is talking and they feel as if they are going to get caught or in trouble because they are trying to help someone with something. Also, we people are driving they see cops and they try and act normally because they think that they might be driving to fast and so they might get a ticket. those people have like no confidence in them selves and they see themselves as a person who is doing  bad things and might get caught but they are actually doing good things.
