I believe that this quote means that a promise is worth more than anything else. the reason why is because if you promise something to someone and if you break it you'll lose their trust not at an instant but it will gradually make its way to the point you friends or family wont even believe you. Lets say if you promise not to do things that are wrong like doping drugs your not just hurting yourself but your hurting others as well. Why? Because a lot of people who know you and care about you will always be worried if your OK or if something bad happened to you. or they will feel guilty for not trying to help you before it was to late. that's why a promise must never be broken because in the long run everyone will recognize you as a strong, kind and must of all trustworthy because they want people who aren't ignorant they want people who keep their promises. My mom always tells me if your going to say something say it to yourself and if sounds good to say then say it and if not don' t because you say something that is like a promise and you can't make a promise you'll feel guilty and wont have anyone to be there for because its too late to fix something you had done wrong.

 I believe that this quote means that being a good person will never make you do the wrong decisions. Doing things that involve goodness are like getting good grades not F's all A's or some B's, working together, Being Kind and respectful, helping others who are less fortunate and much more there are some many types of ways on having goodness in yourself you just need to find what goes best with you. people who are good aren't naturally born with that ability they work hard to achieve that and they keep striving to become even better to at the point they just know from right and wrong. We all know whats right to do and whats wrong but if we just keep caution in ourselves when there is something wrong then you do whats right and make that into something good and it wont be a failure.Do good things and you'll invest it and you'll never become a failure if you know whats right.

This quote states that if you do things that aren't great  then they have no meaning to what they are because they are bad. But if you do things that sound  and are good then they will guide you to succeed in life. Some examples of that may be popular that is sound and good are like not stealing, lying, play be the rule, be respectful, trustworthy, and other things. Doing things that involve sound and good are a way to become a better person with good character. But if you do things that are unsounder then that means that you are probably doing something that you are not supposed to do. Think about the things that will actually help you become a person who is good than to rather be a person who is bad. Reflection: I would like to become a neurosurgeon because i want to know how the mind works and how the disorders may have been caused or infections. I want to be able and help those who have trouble doing things their mind isn't capable to do.
