I think that this quote has a strong meaning to it. this quote states that if you lie you' ll will never be able to stop what you have just started. lying doesn't solve anything it just makes things worse. Some examples are that if you mom had asked you if you did your homework and you say yes shell believe you and would probably not ask let me see it or shell just walk away. Another example is that if you tell your best friend something that is not true they will probably believe you and then later on they will find out and will most likely not trust you anymore or will just forgive you. Lying makes things worst especially if you Lie to someone you care about they will never will be able to gain back your trust unless you do something about it.
