what i think this quote means is that you should always do the right thing and not the bad. if you do the right things you'll feel good so always do the right thing. 

  *An example of feeling good is when you get 100% on a test. 

  *An example of doing something bad is when you lie to someone who has trusted you for a very long time and they lose your trust.
